I’ve scaled offshore teams, built IT departments from the ground up, and led cross-functional teams across the UK and India. My leadership style is anchored in trust, not micromanagement. I was the Chief Technology Officer at Elastacloud, where I led the Consulting and IT departments. I helped pioneer enterprise AI solutions, develop scalable data platforms, and drive cultural transformation. From managing global delivery models to implementing Lean Startup principles, I’ve always focused on sustainable innovation and people-first leadership.
